Doctor is tuttle. When your player has torn muscle or bone fracture, Tuttle pulls out his teeth 
right or left doesnot give a penalty in PP and PK teams.

right/left doesn't give penalties on PK lines only (not the PP lines)

Why guide have to be updated? Why programmers can't put instead text integer variable and then there will be no need to "update" guide???
