i have question about new changes in attendance. is attendace is measured by only last game importance? or last home game importance?
Thats a good question. I would assume that the attendance is based on your last game, whether it be home or away.

try it and you'll see it doesn't work that way

Each penalty goes in a queue. The queue is capped at something like 10 lets say. When it reaches 10 you can no longer be penalized.
but there should be mechanism to reset this queue.

Don't play L/VL then 
. Go N every game or throw out your rookies on VH

rookies will loose for sure, with low or vlow i have decent chance to win. but imo, if its resets every season then those drops in attendace is way too much and needs to be recalculated
All this does not make any sense in my opinion. What in reality has an impact on attendance? A - If your team is having a good or bad season or a good or bad winning streak; B - If you play against a strong or week opponent; The importance should impact only your chances on winning the game. If you think that this has a low impact, increase it. Strong teams that makes huge tons of money won't stop playing in VL due to a cut in their attendance and in their revenus. If they start losing some games, they might consider it.....
