Infact, we should consider ourselves lucky that chem is only based on playing, not actually based on lines.
If you want realism, then chemistry should drop to 0, or 50, everytime a player on a line is changed.

If we want realism we could change thousand of things. It would be complicated for new managers and therefore we lose people who would like the game.

Well, the original suggestion was to give players chemistry for being on a Training CAMP together, i don't know where this idea became normal practice all of a sudden.
well, in football we get chemistry for daily training (till some point)

We do have that already, bro, a given player raises his chem even without playing, until 30%. Slow pace though. But I really like the way chem works right now (football).
I don't say I own the truth, I just give my proposal, you're the one making a deal about it.
we have the same thing in hockey ? I don't think so, my players don't have such high chemistry you know ...
