finally did my first pull at SA level 12 today - got 6 guys, signed 4 and might keep 1. Kind of excited about this one though - William Guinn is showing up to me as an 82 AQ but the actual average of his Q's to me is a 75. Let me know what you see...I'm curious if I broke the mysterious 78 barrier!

I see 82 as well - I swear your YP's max O.R is based on some average of your teams players, which in the mix of things makes it impossible for a wimpy team to pull a true stud and rocket upwards.

I only see 62, but my scouts aren't that great.
You have SA10 and your best ever pull had 220OR? That's terrible, man. I think you've just had some bad luck with pulls. You should definitely be getting better players than that.
I have been getting 130's 140's 150's at best lately. Every once in awhile a guy in the 200's creeps in.
I understand the Q's are randomized but I am still trying to figure out how the OR is calculated.
