He wasn't in II.4 last season.
He was in I.I.
Sold 23 players for $124,115,070.
17 of them on Apr.13....4 days into the season.
Finished 16th avoiding the relegation round, and stayed in I.I this season.

I'll probably ditch my team soon to make room for some team that deserves to be in I.1
Thanks for the support and encouragement!

I'd be interested in your reasons for the major overhaul. I had someone else suggest they might do the same, and I've seen it before. Every team progresses differently, and Lord knows I've tried more ways than most, and made a ton of mistakes...almost went bankrupt in hockey once. Had to sell off a lot to stay alive. Just really starting to recover now. There are many roads that lead to I.I. I'm taking the long and winding one.Just trusting my persistance will eventually get me there. ALWAYS open to new ideas.
Yeah, having been in both II. 1 and II. 4, i can say that II. 1 is way weaker. It allowed me to make this visit in the first league this ssn. Same for RMW last year. Good for him that he could hold on for an extra season or two though. There are better teams than us in the 2nd league, but as long as he can hold above the automatic relegation, he has a good chance to stay. Since i will be relegated and spartiates also, he only needs to be better than two more teams in terms of points on the ssn.
Canada hockey ppm is just not deep as a whole... The difference between the best teams and worst teams even in league 1 is crazy.

It's even worse in handball, but at least hockey doesn't punish you immensely for trying to keep local talent growing while maintaining a competitive team, haha.

That's it!!
I'm sending Hogg, Doyon, and Benoit
back to the minors !!
You told me they were good.
Tough game.
Full load!

First regulation win! I've been pushing hard to get a win lately with some games that were possibly within reach. It finally paid off.. Honor saved
Also my lvl 15 training facility finally kicked in. It's nice to be able to develop players to (almost) max potential. Sports Academy also needs upgrading now.

Congrats! I had an interesting result today... seems my guys packed it in after getting an early lead.
My goaltender is amazing! Roman Mleziva pulls a rabbit out of his hat, makes 46 saves giving up only one goal en route to a 2:1 victory!
Our second win in a row. Something that will most likely not be repeated in this ssn by this team... so I'll enjoy it while it lasts!

Dear sir.
I'm pretty sure "breaking up the play" is not a recommended tactic away against "defense" at home, at least not according to the matchup chart so graciously provided me. "Low" against "normal" leaves the door open as well. 2 PP goals and 1 SH goal suggest special teams were not at their best. Add in the home ice advantage, and it suggests the RC gods were not asleep, maybe just overwhelmed by the "home" gods.

Dear sir,
You can't know what your opponent is going to play if they change it up - breaking was the only 100% tactic I have that he didn't play the counter of. Statistically, breaking v defensive has a 42% win rate and 45% loss rate - basically even. So ignore tactics.
Low vs. normal is a 5% bump at most in his favour so consider his OTS 307. Home ice advantage is a further 10% so his effective OTS (eOTS) was 337 to my 423. Advantage me.
On special teams, I had:
1st - O v P and A v U - two losses for me. He scored a SHG and me a PPG on 3 chances.
2nd and 3rd - O v D, A v O - win for me and neutral. He scored 2 PPGs on 5 chances.
So special teams, if anything, should have been in my favour given his lack of chances in the first frame.
The result, was 32-25 shots for me (5-4 score for him). Pretty even despite the massive (25%+) eOTS difference in caliber reflected by my 94% win odds (from expert's estimate - a sim of 100 identical games ).
Let me be clear, I don't get mad when I lose. PPM should have more games like this one. However, when these results of low odds (6% loss odds) happen, it can really hurt your chances in a game with such predictable results and short seasons. My complaint is not that I lost, it is that results are too predictable which make these losses too significant.

I applaud your 5 star explanation !!! Well done !!
If it were less predictable, would it not then just become a game of chance? What then would be the purpose of having a "data slut"? What then would be the value of all the time I have spent playing instant challenges in the hope of discovering some minute advantage I could use against opponents? Could it be that the biggest bone of contention is that no matter what the parameters of predicability/unpredictability are, there will always be some who feel that the present ones fall outside a range that is acceptable to them ? If it's just a game, then why not just acccept the existing parameters ? If it's more than just a game, then why not do the extra work to discover ways to minimize the effects of the existing parameters ? If what one wants are easy wins, why not quit the game and go beat up small children? If one wants free gifts, then why not be good all year and then spend time on Santa's knee in early December? When did whining become socially aceptable ?
None of this is directed personally at anyone.....just venting my frustration at those who would have everything handed to them.

I'll reply assuming this isn't passive-aggressive internet sarcasm.
There is an element of luck in all sports, hockey actually has the most of the major sports (see www.youtube.com/watch?v=H... about 6:25 in). You confuse whining with observation and frustration. And to suggest I had everything handed to me, is a gross overreach. While I like how learned you've become, you're quick to criticize others who, like praxin , have been playing for longer than you and aren't bad managers. That's an easy way to chase people away who are on the fence about continuing playing.
