They traded Schneider for Horvat. I'm as sad as anyone else to see Luongo go, but just like the kesler deal, its hard to get fair value when your player has a NTC and demands a trade to a specific team. They need to have an out clause, where players who demand to be traded lose their NTC.

Can you imagine what they might have got for Luongo and Kesler with no NTCs? They'd be stacked with prospects right now, instead they get Sbisa and Bonino, hahah. Who knows though, maybe they can make something of Markstrom, if (big if) they can deal Lack to get Markstrom a roster spot before he fucks off elsewhere.
