This is tangentially related to the topic, but managing the U20 team, in the last several seasons, I've noticed a big uptick in the number of high OR forwards who have been trained very little (if at all) in shooting. Does anyone know why this is the case?

All in all, there are only a few teams that consistently train players, if we manage to change that and there will be plenty to choose from, then there will be no shortage of shooters either.
