Yeah, I mean don't get me wrong. I am still playing a lot of players in the mid-20s, just some 20-22 year old guys that have the numbers, are still 4/6, that I want to rotate in. Trying to get them experience (also play them in friendly games to get chemistry and experience built up) but believe its time to make them apart of the league games. I mean I only have 4-5 players on my team that are over 25/26 anyways and only 3 that I'm looking to get rid of at the end of the year to make room for quality players that I need to build up experience with.

Won't be as competitive next season but hoping to overcome in a couple of seasons.

Yep. I hate that set up. If you miss the draft and aren't online within the few hours after the draft, you're SOL.
