I'm also on the same schedule. My goal this year is spend every penny getting rid of my seats and adding triple multi's. It looks like quite a number of teams are improving infrastructure.
what is this thing you call a stadium ??? Were just removing the chicken wire and installing glass this year for our standing fans. The Orlando Generals do have one section where fans can sit. They are reserved for Old Norris division fans visiting the land of the mouse.

FWIW, I currently get 2,406,421 on a 3 star deal for Media alone. Give it time to build up the arena and the sponsors will come.

I got a 5 star with media this season (#13) for $10.7 million, $668k a week. I think I had 2500 seats. I'd like to do triple level but it depends on what my contracts are next season to see if it's affordable. I still need to spend $2 million a game to bribe refs in conference games.
As soon as i get the deal I am building a triple with the money from moving up. The season ticket holders in that section will have to listen to the games on the radio. Sad day. My team was swept from the OHL Playoff's last night.
I did that... worked out ok for me... now I just need to get a better offense to help him out

Shoot I must have ticked someone off... only getting 2 and 1 star offers as of now. Going to have to hope they come through tonight
The difference between my 2* and 5* offers was only about 500k per week... not nearly as much difference as I'd expected.
