The RFA-UFA system is very bad, it's unfair. Similar players on the market, one of them gets a few hundred millions bid, but the other one gets only a few millions. I ask you for change this system immediately, make it more fair, please!

There's nothing wrong with it. The RFA / UFA system in any league is dependent on supply and demand. If there is nobody who wants the player, the price will be lower. If they're in high demand, the price is driven up. That's basic supply / demand physics.
Everything in soccer a is screwed up. I just used a NFL formation to beat my opponent in the champions league today. A formation no real soccer coach would ever dream using, but it works here. Can't beatem than joinem. Lol.

This Season, the system loves 3-5-2. In real soccer, this is "out" since 1990.

The problem isn't 3-5-2, it's that most people don't know how to counter that tactic, unlike real life. A solid midfield can help dominate most games, in both the game and in RL. In the game, the weakness is the defense, so you need a stronger midfield and good offense, though i've found good offensive midfielders can help with this.
