so i have two players in the season long all star team. i guess that's some thing to be proud of

slavery, you have the most money in the entire US. May I ask how much that is?!? You don't have to, but wow that has to be a lot.
OK so I can offer some friendly advice for next season: do not play on high. Not one single league game. Do not play a single league game on normal unless your top 8 playoff hopes depend on it. So, never, unless you're in the last 10 games of the season and in 8th/9th place. You've played 20 games so far this season on high. That means, if a player has played in every one of those games, his seasonal energy from those games alone cannot be higher than 60. If all you do is rotate players in and out, this still won't solve the problem over the course of a whole season.
Second, I saw the list of your players. Cut the last 5. I wouldn't bother trying to sell them: the fee from the sale will be more than if you simply cut them, most likely. Those bottom 5 in OR have poor C/L and are too far back to help you. This will leave you with 34 players.
Third, train and/or obtain players to correspond to a 2:1:1 ratio commensurate with their position. So, a defensemen should be 70 (Def)-35 (pass)-35 (agg). Never let any player's aggression exceed his tech.
Fourth, obtain (or train if you're lucky) a goalie in the 2:1:1 ratio who is at least a 100-50-50 in the goalie attributes who has room to grow (at least a 60 in qualities). Just some thoughts.
Having balanced players with energy levels of 95-96 who have line chemistry and experience going into the playoffs, anchored by a solid Division III goalie, will help you advance.

i have $85million. yay me and more to come. how did u know that mikeok?
Here's my question to you, slavery. You have $85 million in the bank: Why aren't you investing in your facilities?
Pour everything you've got into Training, Regen, Scouting and the Sports Academy. It'll help you out greatly in the long run.

thx reverist for the friendly advice and i've already started training like you said.

i'm investing in my facilities. i upgrade my facilities the same time
no, I mean why aren't you still building them up? They're decent, but they could be better.
Seasons end! 12th place...thought I'd end a bit higher than that but no complaints for my first season.
