great game today with the miners my main goalie laid an egg backup almost saved him but lost in OT still fun game. first game for him under 90%Sv since the first 2 games back after camp hope he doesnt throw down a egg tomorrow or check republic gonna kill me

The game almost went to OT. My team scored the winner with a minute 10 left in the third. I thought for sure you were going to come win it when you came back with 2 to tie it. Man I hope we don't meet in the playoffs. Also good luck in the NC game tomorrow.

What's funny is that Wookies and I will meet in the NC on Tuesday and in league on Wednesday!

I admit - I've no clue what it takes to win in this league. I was dominant in the lower league and had only a few losses all season. This season I've barely managed any wins with the same lineup. They're hapless - my defense is solid most games, but the forwards just can't score for some reason. What's the secret to success here?

Crusher - I don't know if it's that hard really... Just looking at your team ratings, it's obvious your players just aren't close to the same level as the top teams in the league. You would do better with a higher level Sports Academy - more talented young players for free, upgrade your training facility. Any maybe get some good staff to help train your players. I would focus on the facility upgrades and maybe make an aquisition or two to avoid relegation. You are a few seasons away from being able to compete. ONE HUGE PROBLEM: Why do you have so many staff members??? No more then 2 per area is needed. And the amount of money this must be costing you is probably huge...

I'm going through the same thing myself, but, honestly, I didn't expect to come in with instant success. What I've found so far is that well managed teams will tend to stay here, and poorly managed ones will sink back down to the IIIs. Really, what it all boils down to is a good managerial strategy grounded in sound economic decisions.
