like i said...i'm as surprised as everyone else. i picked up 4 players at the end of the season and apparently they were the key ingredients. i was hoping to just make the top 8 playoffs. i had no idea that was all i needed to make a serious run.

Right now 10 teams fighting it out for the top 8 places. Man this is great.
Wow zomg good game. You guys had a crazy good second period eh? Also, good job shutting my guys down in the third! We'll get ya next time. 
Thanks, my boys have been doing pretty well lately, I just hope they can keep it up. We'll probably get out butts kicked in the playoffs with the loss of all the extra energy I'm burning on league games, but if I can finish top 8, it will be worth it.
My goalies are swiss cheese...and River Rats squeals out another one (bad pun intended)

aside from being stunned at this season's performance...the goofy part is i'm winning all these games...but no one is making the All Stars. and now my hot shot goalie is starting to waffle as i get his skills a little more in line with where i think they should be. go figure...
So...that was an unexpected result. The boys REALLY showed up to play today.
my guys played a good game today goalie show up and stopped 30 of 31 shots. win put me in 7th place woot staying in the top 8 baby
congrats man! I played up in energy to ensure a win today and it paid off bigger than I thought.
Mark this day. It may be the highest I'll climb all season. Ha!
So it seems our 70 million dollar man has a scouted 99 Q in goaltending, with pretty good Qs on both tech and passing too. I don't know that I would have paid 70 mil for him, but he is a goalie with great Qs...
