does anyone else think staff salaries are a little crazy... if you have any kind of good staff their salary balloons to 80k+ if they have good quality and you keep training their attribute.... i think i am going to blame my team's lack of progress on this because it basically sucks up all my cash

Yea I lose almost a million dollars a day because my staff salaries are 860k

the arguement for it is that staff salaries can't go as high as player salaries eventually will get. but the expense for this is insane. which i think is pure bunk.

I'm not sure how much I spend per day, but I've learned staff isn't all that essential. I wouldn't keep more than 15 staff members if I were all of you.

So the playoffs are set! #1 Manville CONDORS will take on #8 Elk River Wizards, #2 Check Republic vs. #7 Mighty Sticks, #3 Wookies vs. #6 Montana Miners, #4 NY Rangers 94 vs. #5 HC Crusaders. Interesting tidbit: Mighty Sticks swept the season series with my team (Check Republic). My team allowed the fewest goals of any playoff team, but also scored the fewest. We will also be saying goodbye to the following relegating teams: Fo-Town Panthers, Homeless Dads, Tallina JSK, and HC Kosice1.

Good luck to the following four teams in avoiding relegation!: Dakota Storm, Flying Bartlebys, Bleeding Wildcats, and The Faketown Fakemascots.

anyone doing soccer too? I am having better success there. Just got promoted to D1.... I'm in the pointless secondhand playoffs for hockey

I just got relegated from D1, there is some serious competition up there. Actually thought my team would do reasonably well, but they tanked hard.

Going to make sure I have a much stronger team the next time around.

i think you were in my division the year before last... or before that... your team looks pretty good, probably better then mine. my team is holding up for now. we'll see

3-2 SO loss. Brings me to 0-3 vs. Mighty Sticks on the season. I got outdone tactically, and in intensity. To top it all off, I go on the road. Not looking too good here. :>
