Assistant is a help feature for club/alliance managers/commanders.
Assistants can:
1) accept new members (accept only, not invite)
2) remove existing members (only members)
3) buy benefits
4) send mass mails
5) buy golden logo
6) buy vacancies
7) edit in game alliance forum (not at the moment but will be added)

No problem, and it was a good point, we will add an "assistants duties" description somewhere in the page. 
Can you pls make these new sounds to be disabled? Not good for people playing at work
How many Techs are there from 95 to 100? Is there one at every level, say 96,97,98,99,100?

I know this is "a bit" late answer, but there is, and always was, a "sound off" button in settings.
Can't remember if it was there or not, to long ago...

I heard rumors that the spacestation will be more upgraded like in other ptw games of ppm. Is there any planned date for it? Do you know more? *gg*

No not at this point, any given date, at this moment, would be unrealistic, but it is planned, can't say much more then that.
