Appreciate the explanations as always. I don't have the visibility to compare Hyde against all of the possible "old man" off. backs out there, so I was just using Kemp as a reference point - and I think Hyde compares favorably. And I have one more TF level than his trainer, which makes up for the 4/6 vs 5/6 disparity. And it looks like Kemp is still being trained as a somewhat balanced player. Anyway, good luck on your decisions in building the team.
What is the goal next season? I think the year after its the next nt level starts
Next season plan is to bring youngsters to play friendlies and prepare then to U19. I think they keep their chemistry if they go to U19. Someone needs to confirm that.
Currently, in the team. 8 players will likely have to go to U19
the following season, we will lose some players to this team so it is going to be the time to bring some of those other veterans that did not have the chance yet.

It is also important that whoever wants to run for U19 to start scouting all potential current 15/16 years old that are not in the database.
While i am looking for the very few best possible, the U19 manager will likely have more options.

Are you going to publish your roster for the WC?
Roster is the same as I have been playing. Went with youngsters as backups.
First match we played the best team, by far, in the group and we lost by 8 goals. Not too bad as goal differential is important.
Today we played Serbia and it was an emotional game. There were several leading changes during the match but at the end we were the winners of the match.
Next we face Bulgaria: The best defense in the group and very solid goalies. Its a key game as I believe we can qualify to playoffs with a win.

We lost to Bulgaria yesterday but today we redeemed ourselves and beat Netherlands.
Unfortunately Serbia beat Slovakia and thus we have not qualified today.
To qualify to playoffs we will have to beat Slovenia tomorrow. Our goal differential is not very big so a loss could mean elimination.

I think we need a new coach for the NT. 3 terms for one manager is too much. We need to give a chance to somebody new and Nerd is a perfect candidate. He is a strong manager and I give him my vote.

Next season i plan on focusing on the youngsters and resting our starters till when we need them. And that will be the last season focusing on youngsters as it will be a U19 task after that.

You should cancel your candidacy, I mean seriously give someone else a chance. Take a break for one season... Outsider won National Cup, and I.1 thats the most you can achieve. Just think about it.
I gotta ask, in such a crucial deciding game to advance, why did you decide to play youngsters? I can't imagine the lineup today was our strongest lineup. Is a few more chemistry points further down the line worth tossing in the towel on advancing, in your view?
I can't vote for WasUpNerd because he'll probably get caught cheating yet again and get blocked during an important time for the National Team.
