Third game straight we go to shootout. We got the win, even though I expected easy 3 points against Belgium, but their goalie carried them today.
bad news. Our top center from line 1 got injured, and will be out for 10 days.
We all are going to have to work together next season to make the team because we do not have a working national database.
Blame me. My grandmother came to visit us, which I didn't see for more than 10 years. Totally forgot about the game, and didn't call up the right amount of players that I needed.
Not sure how we lost by that score, but at least it's not in the games that matter.
If you think you might ever want any players from the Check Republic in your league, you might want to pick them up in the next few days.
Just wanted to mention that if you haven't already sent your players to camp, please make sure you do so that they return in time for the WC. Also, let me know on this thread whenever they are not available for the Friendly match.
Wow, France destroyed us today. Before the game their team strength was kinda low so I started the match at High, but I guess they didn't play their best players until today because they were the stronger team. However, I'm disappointed we lost 4-1 because that sucks for our goal differential.

Disappointing loss to Bosnia tonight and with Croatia next I think we won't make the playoffs. That means we might relegate. I'm so disappointed.
My goalie's play has been really disappointing all season.
It's the team as a whole, top-to-bottom. This team is far weaker than the one I managed a handful of seasons ago. I've played on High to VH and other teams have beaten us playing on Normal. Not much to do about that. Still, I was hoping to beat Bosnia so we wouldn't have to fight against Croatia. And those guys, not having any guarantees will probably try to win big to secure #1 seed.
Somehow we beat Croatia and are now in. We play Russia U20 in the first round of the playoffs. Russia has beaten us once, a couple of seasons ago. Maybe we can get an upset. It'd be fun.
