Have anyone ever seen a 19yo player with CL 6?
Or a 16yo player with CL 4?

Nope.
Play can "save" CL, only 4 season, that mean 19y must be 5/6,
And can't drop 2 season in row, so also can't be 16y 4/6.

Where does say that when player comes to team CL5/6 that it has dropped to 5/6? Nowhere. He is borned 5/6 and so CL can drop in next season! No bug.. But bad luck
the player is on no team and will never have a team again. that kind of a player does not age. look at his history. he is much older than it says.
If comes with 5/6 can't drop on 4/6 next season, but 6/6 can drop on 5/6. And this is first player 16y 4/6 which I see ever.
Does not age, but does CL drop?
