My best pull was OR 280, with AvQ 88% with level 7 SA. He is at OR 466 now.
my best player that ive gotten has 80% AVQ but he's 4/6 already at 17 years old
I've never pulled a player over 80% AQ... in fact, I've only pulled 3 players over 70% AQ. My SA, for the most part, has been terrible.
Your SA sounds a bit like mine.

My Penaltykilling-Teams are doing very good work, but my Powerplay-Teams aren't playing very exciting...what are the important Attributes for Players to play Powerplay besides Attack?

I put my best offensive players who have great shooting and passing in all positions. Dmen I put ones with extra offence and shooting.
I have 2 players in my team that train off and def.
I use them in powerplay (as winger and central) and penaltykilling (as deffenders). I have no complains.

Defenders needs good offensive, passing and shooting, wingers needs good offensive and shooting and centers needs good offensive and passing (and some shooting).
