start 23.10.2011 , play on sunday ,teams under 40 strenth will be acceppted
4 groups , 6 teams in group ,4 pass in play off , two match in groups 10 credits....
rules are changed we accept teams up to 55 strength/promjenjena su malo pravila pa primamo klubove do 55 snage
matchs will be visible in one hour , teams are filed in pots by strenght all other is randomized.... good luck and play fairly

The Strength all teams were above 55 last season. So I think it is fair
