I thought about just checking in but after seeing how bad things are i think it would help if i try and help out. Of course it will take me awhile to get my stuff up to date but it can only help to have me around.
The biggest problem the USA has is number of managers. In order to get the USA to the top we would need so many more players in the game to give us more number and more depth. Otherwise the Chezh Republic will win every world championship.
You right. In the US, it's a problem to invite new players . Players when they create an account after one week it is not works.
I have not developed any talent at all. All my good players go and play football for some reason.
I'm all for sharing data on the draft players. definitely would help if we would concentrate our efforts on developing USA players instead of acquiring foreigners.
As Ziggy said, it is hard to get good young players. Might get one a season from the SA (I stress might) and the draft is not much of a help. I only get a high pick in the mid-season draft. If I do get an "A" player half of the training he would get that season is over.
I have another idea that I've seen other national teams use.
A few seasons ago when I was scouting the U18 Czech Republic NT, I noticed that a lot of their players played for 3-4 teams and had high experience. It seems that the Czech Republic was having 3-4 extremely rich teams (with perfect development facilities and staff) buy up all of the best players and use them as starters in all games. Those managers essentially sacrificed their teams to become development teams for the Czech Republic national hockey team.
I'm not sure if it is really possible for the United States. In the first place, I doubt that anyone but a few teams (who are busy representing the United States on the world stage) have the income to build and maintain such a development team. Going this route would also cost the team income the future, making it hard to maintain the team. A lot of the top teams do already buy up the best U.S. players if not to the extent the teams in the Czech Republic did. They also can't afford to start them. Secondly, any team rich enough to build a development team is rich enough to be a top team in the United States. Thirdly, it probably would not be fun to sacrifice personal success for a national team. Despite suggesting the idea, I probably wouldn't do it myself (though I suppose a lot of my players are already U.S. players that began to start at a younger age than they would on other teams).

You know , my assistant is from czech republic, he's from the city where I from. Maybe we will have more experience with NT. He is play first league and I think he is really good manager. That's why I invited him to National Team.
He said we lack quality in USA.
He said we lack quality in USA.
Well of course we lack quality, we've only got 124 USA teams compared to 1,635 for the Czech Republic.
Checking those numbers made me wish they'd reorganize the leagues based on language instead of country - I'd love to be part of a more competitive league structure.

Exactly it does not matter what we do because the United States just does not have the qaunitly of teams countries like the Czech (headquarters of the game) Do. The fact we have remained in the too division and division 1 for as long as we have is sure luck.
Part of the problem may be player selection.
Why are there at least 7 players from division I teams sitting at home when they could/should be on the US national team? What are 22 yeaar olds doing on the national senior team? Most national team players are in their 30's, over 2,500 OR with experience higher than 200 and longevity of about 1/6.
Just a quick observation.

If they're not playing, they aren't building experience or chemistry with the national team. Why not replace them with a higher OR, 1/6 player who could play and actually help the team? It has taken ALL the OR, experience, and chemistry I could find from home and abroad to to maintain a a 6th place standing for Canada in the World Cup. Every asset must be exploited to the max to be competitive at the World Cup level! Like the USA, we have far fewer teams (167) than the Czech Republic yet we beat them 2-1 last season in the qualifying round of the top division.
