The game is "complete" but we're bleeding players and must be losing profit too.

I would pay extra credits to get a youth academy team. A team I can players under 20 that plays in a lower level league in my same region.

I suggest a change of play-off structure.
At the moment we have a situation that 1st seed meets the second seed in semifinals. That defies logic and creates a situation that staying 3rd in the season is better than 2nd, because it makes it easier to reach the final.

A simple change to a more logic structure would resolve the issue.
On the left we would have following seeds:
1st meets 8th
3rd meets 6th

And on the right we would have:
2nd meets 7th
4th meets 5th

It would make more valuable to win the season standings and not punish 2nd place for being second not third.


P.S.
The game might be complete, but that does not mean it should be abandoned. There is so many things to evolve and improve - starting from league structure and formats to club infrastructure, staff and so on.

Otherewise, this project will die.

where have you seen the 1st seed against 2nd seed in the semis? It cannot happen. 1st seed always plays the lowest ranked opponent in each round.

When player finishes his career.
There need to be option that he can become as a worker (manager, doctor, trainer etc).

I used to play this game back in 2012. Just started again but probably won't continue as I have to wait 11 days to start improving my team. This is the reason why the game is basically dead. Why would any new player want to stick around when the only thing you can do in the beginning is to watch your team take beatings after another. So sad to see what has happened to this great game.

That is interesting. I believe the 11 days wait was put in place to protect new teams from really screwing their team over by going crazy on the market for instance. It is great to hear the perspective of a returnee who wants to dig in and improve their team right away. The current implementation does not account for this.
