"Every single draft" is not true. It is variable and besides in real life some drafts are better than others. If you were in the 5 good player draft you wouldn't complain!
I think Sazy is saying, that for the work you do scouting those players (every day for a month), you dont get good ones if you are not among the first picks. In my league B were "very" bad (avarage under 70AVQ). We got 4A and even those were nothing special. Diamonds were better though.
Funny, I got four 6/6 "B" players and pulled 3. The only one I have scouted so far is 505 OR and has all Qs over 80 except one.
So, I don't buy that "all Bs are very bad". In fact, all three of them show AQ over 70. Here is the guy that is scouted: Jorden Blackburn . His Qs are 89/57/86/96/88/86 and is a universal CF. AvQ is 77 and EQ in the 80s.

Mate i never said ALL are bad. The one i pulled is very bad, others i didnt scout but on first glance they are nothing special.
Could you please show me one of those diamonds?
Is there any news on developing maybe new look of Stadiums/Arenas? Maybe 3D or something like that? tnx
What's exactly that diamond thingie on draft's players, Vlady? Some kind of A-A+ guys, hidden as crappy ones as C-Ds, who just reveal their actual potential once they are hired?
that's exactly what it is. it's mentioned in the guide too.
"Scouting will reveal the estimate of potential of a player (A+, A, B, C or D). The accuracy of this estimate depends on the level of your human resources and economic department and the scouting efficiency of managers. In each draft, there may be up to four players who are so-called hidden gems."
I thought it was just a metaphor to call the A+ guys...
So those "gems" are besides A and A+ players? Are they always showed in the beginning as C-D? And when exactly they reveal their real identity: once they are picked by someone during the live draft, or just after being hired? That diamond thingie, can it be seen by anyone, or just by the owner?
Many questions, I know. But easy answers, I hope...

they are usually disguised as C or D and they are revealed in the live draft after someone picks them. You can also see the diamonds in the draft history.
The below average player (D) becomes new Messi. Like in reality ... not.
