Everyone can scout the same number of players, just some can pay to scout faster, is my understanding.
Are you sure? I have 5 players to be scouted -all the free available-, and still I have the option to scout any other by paying, when I push the star box...
Yes, you can already set scouts for very day there's left until the draft, that's why it's available.
I see, it makes sense. I was misled by the sentence "Number of players that you can scout for free today": I thought it meant we could scout extra players by paying...

Country must have own league first and to have that, your country must have enough teams.
Is it enough just to move up players for the Draft. Will they be picked up automaticly if available? Ive seen a button automatic draft but its not available now, do you need to press that too?
When football drafts are eliminated? Such drafts do not need anyone, maybe that is Picked Number 1. If it was planned to reduce the number of users Ppm, then it works. 1A from 200 players! NBA and NHL Drafts are also offered so much manure in the first round???
I just hope that B's are over 80% quality for their position. Any other way realy doesnt make any sence. One useful player from 200+ is very funny

It is only 1 draft that you could consider useless if you want. Thats the one in the middle of season. But anyway it is only one so why do you complain? Nobody gets hurt by it. The second one is great because players arrive at day 1 new season with 15 years. And the players were not better without draft. Most of them were useless too so the big number of Cs und Ds is ok

Chill out man. He says if you dont like Draft you dont have to worry couse its 2 times in a season
What about that +-3 random places. People invest a lot of time and money in SA and what happens, I have 15 lvl of SA and a team with 13 lvl SA is on top of me. I understand you give a chance to lower SA teams to get better players but 2-3 lvls difference is too much to see such a team in front of you. On the other hand for the second draft all you got to do is loose all games and you are first to draft, dont see any time and money invested in that.
