WTF is with that draft i used new option sort by quality and after the draft ends B player became D prntscr.com/4oxt24 and all of my 3 picks change letters when i took them ... one from A to B and 2 from B to C ........ it doesnt make any sence anymore give us real letters 
You must improve your HR to get real letters, now they just give you poor estimates.
A/B/C/D..it's just estimate of player and it depends level of your HR and scouting effiency.

Yes and scouting efficiency. I experienced huge increase between previous and this draft. I greatly increased my scouting efficiency (percentage) by hiring a new manager and from four picks for today's draft - three potential points stayed the same/were correct and one even went from B to A!

ok i can understand form B to C because of poor staff and HR but can not understand from B to D
