Ah, ok thanks! I was about to go buy 20 terrible players from the market!

I thought it was something like that. I haven't had a decent pull from my academy since my first season. I have to say it cheeses me off that the main determining factors aren't academy level and youth training. Anything else should be minor influences. I'm spending 300K a day at my academy.

Where do you find the information on the "required size of teams" as it relates to the effect on academy pulls. I want to make a suggestion but I want to be sure I have the facts strait.

Also look under staff to see the number need per team size.
