Since the information in the guide is incorrect it would be nice with an answer.

My guess is that for the first 11 days in a new sport managers could buy and sell players and staff (sell only 1 player/staff at a time) regardless of manager exp in basketball. After those first 11 days are over managers need 11 exp points to use the market.

I am curious about something, do players on teams that don't have substitutions set still can't get more than 4 fouls like it was in beta or has that been removed, because i get the feeling it hasn't.

That's not correct. Many managers have sold and bought several more players than 1 (or 1+1) before 11 days was up. The only thing that is different in my case is he fact that I restarted my team. But there is no info anywhere that tells me that you cripple yourself by doing so.

Regarding the "no subs" bug. No, that is not fixed.

Yes for the first 11 days you can buy as many players and staff as you want, and sell as many, though you can only have 1 player and 1 staff on the market at one time, at least that's how it was in handball, i guess it was same here. After the first 11 days are over, you need to have 11 manager xp to use the market. So since you restarted your team the best explanation i can think of is that for the first few days, the 11-day-new-sport-period was still active and you could use the market, after that since you restarted you don't have 11 xp and can't use the market until you do.

I have scored more goals and i have less goals against me (if you count it togheter), so confused haha

So what you are saying is. There is both "11 day new sport" restriktions and "11 day (or 11 login) new user" restrictions?

In that case I missed out on the more generous "11 day new sport" restrictions and instead have to deal with the harder "11 day new user" restrictions.

That's how i imagine it is, you cought the few final days of "11 day new sport period" and now have to wait for the 11 exp. Could be wrong though.

my opinion is that is fair to wait 11 exp with the second team from the same manager because otherwise managers could cretae team than in 6 days sell 3 theirs best players for comunity and than create another team and repeat that again

Well. I can sell two players in 4 days and start over again.

I really dont have an opinion about it. Just would have been nice to know beforehand.

How are playoffs starting matches set?

1-4, 2-3, same division teams, 5 games series.

Probably not, or not much. About a 10% increase maybe.

no staff will help you this season. that is for sure. Of course, if you pull one its not bad to have but investing money in the market is not a good idea.

build the facilities first. when they get at level 10 (or close) then you can think about upgrading your staff.

before level 5 it is really pointless to have staff, unless like i said one that i pulled since it is "free" and low salary anyways.
