If not then it is pointless to discuss with you about punishment and breaking rulles. You do not see arguments, you have just your point of view. I cannot write you how i can prove if the transfer is OK or not. Yes bthe finally price is always mine point of view about the selling price, butt this is the only way to make compensating fair (one gm deside in one sport about fair price for a player).

Yes every season that are some great players in slovak, czech or polisch comunitty. But this is a pure math. The probability. If you have more teams. More of them have better Youth Academy so it is logical thet there is better chance to get a great player in community. This is nothing unusuall. This si probability, simple math operation. See stats in PPM pages and you can see that most people with PRO are in Austria and swisch. In your point of view they should have the best players cause they pay the most money in PPM.
So no I am stopping. I saw you that your point off view is really out of minds so is usellesly to discuss.

So with the NT elections coming up, I have a suggestion to PPM. Today a huge part of the work of NT managers is scouting players, and since they can't do it by themselves, we've got echelons of volunteers to help out. The annoying part is that you have to type the qualities in a text message, and then the NT manager needs to transfer it to his spreadsheet and so on... Why not to make an option for club managers to share their scouted info with the NT managers? Or maybe the option for NT to hire scouts from clubs and have NT scouting team.

This seems weird to me that NT managers are spending so much time on clerical work instead of making tactical decisions. The same thing about transfers: many managers want to share the scouted qualities of their player, why won't PPM introduce a nice interface for it?

I am not mr. God as you think. I am just a manager who help PPM in his free time. Both of us has presented our point of view. But I am the one of us who need to decide, so sorry if I do not do it like you wisch.

U want facts I talk with facts. You just talk in the end. And last one fact - only one player bid there. On the first day when the player was on the market and that is. How I say everything show that is cheating. Everything!

Look it's a overpayment, yes but not a huge overpayment. The player is worth over 100mil easily. He put it up for sale as an overpay and someone decided to pay. If it were cheating the seller wouldn't have sold 4 players in the last 70 days which increases his payout to 15% costing him more

Well for 100 mln is possible but right now the buyer is low level trainee facility, no coachess, 4 division and pay on the first day when the player come on the market. So????
