Of course ... there is only one rule ... we do not have rights ... whatever ... I am feeling so tired to fight for fair games ...

How is the draft order determined? They say week 5 is based on SA/HR, and week 10 is based on the standings. But from my observation week 10 is far from being based on the standings. Is there some lottery involved?

BTW, what do you think of PPM adding the option to sell/trade draft picks? I am not sure if that's a good idea given how the draft happens, but still worth discussing.

Temlis is close to PPM ... now I see and understand why u should accept this transfer ... 17 years player 4/6 ... yes 500 OR but so weak skills ... after 1-2 season will be just a player ... if u allow this transfer, I will do everything possible in FB, Twitter and wherever to tell the people how this game look before and now ... very wrong way you were chose guys ... very wrong ...

It does look extremely suspicious, and I think other managers in the community deserve to know it and give an opinion about it.

Personally I can't see anything suspicious if someone offers 150M for national team player who won't turn 3/6 in 3 seasons. At that age 4/6 trains as quickly as 6/6.

Nothing suspicious. Just simple deal.

The suspicious part is the complains being deleted by moderators (I didn't see them, so I don't know how polite they were).

I am not saying that there is something obviously wrong with a specific transfer, but there are things that bother people. You have a team making insane money on transfers, so naturally people want to ask questions. And all you see is a bunch of deleted posts.

Some people would like to discuss how

- some teams have 175M to spend on a player at this stage of the game (whatever this player is worth). I had the same questions about the sums in previous seasons...

-a coach goes for 13M to a team with TF level 5.

- the same team consistently buys players(overpriced in my opinion) from another team

- how a team with SA level 12 has such an insane amount of quality youngsters and pretty serious veterans as well

- what does VIP status in PPM mean

Maybe other people would like to discuss other issues too, but please, don't just delete posts and pretend that nothing happened.

I get your point.

However, PPM has decided it's not managers' job to judge if someone is cheater or not in common forums. They have gamemasters with good tools to do that job.

If you have questions about transfers, please contact gamemasters directly via PPM post or email. You can find them from PPM team page. You can also mark a transfer suspicious after it has happened and gamemasters will investigate it. You'll find their decisions from teams' transfers.

I agree that we shouldn't discuss here specific cases. However, gglushkov raises a point that when a person is a vip member (which i still don't know what it means or how to become one), there might be some conflict of interests.

My main problem is that the PPM is so silent about it. I am not the only one asking how such a huge money was involved in the transfers in very early stages of the game. I can't know what are the arguments of the gamemasters who approved those transfers, many people would like to hear them, without referring to specifics. Some transparency helps to build trust in the system.

This game has a lot of issues related not only to cheating, but also to competitiveness. People complain about it in the forums, but PPM never responds. I wish they addressed some of these issues one day.

I am not talk about tge price. If the player was 5/6 I will accept it. The problem for me come first cause the player was bidden too fast, secobd the skills are not so good for me and third ... the manager is clise to ppm and is absolutely normal to looking suspicious. The price is ok for me. I think to sell one or two if my players with start price over 100 mln ... whatever how the guy up tell you ... there r too much issues and nothing change for better

It would be very hard to write a comment to every suspicious transfer on market. Every PPM team member is a position which we make in our free time, this is not our main job, just a fun and we want to help PPM:
You asked what it mean to be a VIP? VIP are people who helped PPM in past and are very close to PPM owner. They get there for they merit at PPM development (the people where never an employee of PPM)
I answer everybody in PM abou all cases they ask me. And sometimes is hard to answer all. This case is har. I talked to both (seller and buyer). The player has the price. Yes the CL is not great butt in basket are shorter season so his loss on training in future is not so importent like in other sport where season are longer. The player was not on market he was just marked 'for sale'. This player has 17y and or 520+ so hi is worth of thr money. And about deleting post in player chat: how would you feel when you sell somebody and i wrote to you thisbis a clear cheating. I always delete a post where somebody write that a transfer is a cheat.

Sorry Lelinciak, the shorter season do not cover the price. You have to look to this player in the future as well. Tell me one player with 5/6 or 6/6 carrier after 5-6 seasons where should be and where should be this player, if they are almost close on OR? You check every day the market, how I can understand, did u found to the moment same transfer. I remember one time only the player was sell for really crazy money and that is ... Guys ... I will say again - the game is for all of us, but you kill the fun in the game, not only with transfer like this one, there are so much issue where the other people and I found for unfair ... and for me, if someone is close to PPM ... let be helper in the team, to be a manager is like conflict of interest ... how is now ... when u play lottery, the families members of the employee do not play it or less that is the rule ... should be the same and here ...

You say that. I would not give such a money for this player. Butt there are other people who said that the price is OK. Why do you think that only your opinion is truth. I have not found any player who has or more than 500 and is 17 or lover. Have you calculated how many OR in one season can player train. I cannot say: hey, i will compensate your transfer cause the buyer has low traing facillity so the price is lover. If he would stay in actually team he whould be better than most of 17 with cl 6 cause next 3 seasons his traing would be no lover due the CL.
I know the manager of lottery so i have an conflict of interest? Me or other team members we are not employers of PPM, we are just helping in our free time. The vip people are classical common managers, the icon only mean that they have done something importent for ppm in past. We cannot punish them for this help. All gns are looking on them like there where common managers

Let stop here, do what u want to do ... that why in Bulgaria every day or let we say month a few serious managers left the game. That why after we try so diff ways to make advertise to the game .. we get nothing, that why this game is everything else, not and game. This game is created with only one idea - for a money ... where the money talk, the rules are different ... when I report bulgarian managers ... they got punishment immediately, when I show something unfair outside Bulgaria ... u will tell me 100 pointless arguments ... I am tired to listen that, not only you now, generally ... but how I say ... in the end you lose guys ... the people will understand some day that, their money go for nothing ... whatever ... I get piss off here really ... allow this transfer, something more ... give him 500 mln ... continue to support slovakia and chesz and that is ... Just amazing ...
