League 1 is definitely the strongest, since just 7 points separates 8th seed from 14th. In this league ya have a big gap.
you can rotate players too during the game based on goals differential so it is not really the only way to save energy.
Can also save by playing different lineups in different matches (saving top to more difficult matches)
This season I used several methods to save energy and I can say it worked. I will adjust a bit my methods for next season but should once again end the season with no playoff starting player under 85 of energy (or any player at all)

and like outsider mentioned, this league you can "easily" play multiple lineups as there are big gaps between contenders and the rest.
There are certainly many ways to save energy. I was just pointing out that specialists is one way. You mentioned several others. It's been interesting trying out different things.
That's what I've been thinking. It also gives me one less attribute to focus on so I can build the others up a little quicker. But I think that susceptibility to fast breaks is how you beat me in the NC final...if I remember correctly you had a bunch of FB goals and I had like 1.
That's my primary reason for specialization. Specialization should improve my team strength over time. It's just a matter of finding the right tactics to work with such a strategy if possible.

Oh, look, I'm playing dupala in the playoffs. That never happens in any PPM sport. 
I know... I think we're making up for that season in hockey we didn't play each other! Unfortunately, you're being just as big of a pain in the a$$ here as you are in hockey

I've gone almost all season without 1 good prospect from the sports academy. I was pulling better talent with no coaches and level 1-5 sports academy then now with a level 9-10 sports academy and having coaches. Makes absolutely no sense to me.
Yup, I have pulled crap since my Academy reached 7. Let's hope this new *draft concept* helps out.
Yeah, we'll see. It's for basketball right now, maybe they'll roll it out to handball (and hockey) soon!
It seems that I will face the Detroit Tossers. I might have a slight advantage, though it's still close enough to be a toss up.
