I finally decided to sell 2 of my 3 remaining 20+ year old players. I have a player that should be able to replace the last at some point, maybe next season. My team may be a little weaker next season (the new players have similar or slightly weaker OR but much weaker experience), but it should still be a playoff team.
I should definitely finish my arena for next season's sponsors.

I have found 2 As in 3.4 but that could be because I just restarted and my facilities are crap. they may be D's.
thats the idea, instill fear in the players of my opponents. hehe
Yep... I'm hoping to have my arena all maxed by the end of next season. Shouldn't be too hard. This season was rough (getting the 2500, 1500, and 2 1000s all started before the 39th day of the season).
Next season should be easy as pie. I only have to do one 2500 and then the others I can stagger throughout the season. Hopefully I'll be able to start upgrading my HR and SAs again too.
Fingers crossed that my media deal next year is roughly the same as my general sponsorship was this season.

I'm really not looking forward to my series against CP. My players are getting pretty damn tired at this point. At least they're building exp like gangbusters for next season.
Ted Keenan is only 16 but will be close to 650 OR and 20 exp by season's end. Dude's gonna be a beast for me in the coming seasons (which is a good thing, since my player pulls this season were pretty atrocious).

If I had made it to the finals, my plan was to try to conserve energy for the promotion round (if possible without triggering the penalty for trying to lose).
My media sponsor was relatively disappointing last season at about 8,000-9,000 seats - only about $3.4 million per week. I hope it will improve a lot for next season at 13,500 seats.
Keenan is a great player. I don't have anyone even close to him over 15 on my team, though on the other hand, I've had a great season with prospects. Huiskens, the A who turned into a B at the beginning of the season, should hit 500 OR before the end of the season, so he might at least come close to Keenan's potential, though he won't catch up until he's well into his 20 if at all. Huiskens also isn't good enough to start and start to gain experience at a young age.

I dont have a computer so I have to use my phone to do everything. Most of the time I write really long posts but either I take too long and it signs me out, or my phone dies, or my phone lags and goes to home screen losing all data etc. Etc.
I had just written a long post about the possible future of my team when I was about to hit reply my phone died.
Anyways I talked about I could go D1 or stay D2. D1 more money to build faster. D2 sell some players get money immediately keep high OTR.

Now that some true dedication if I ever saw some.

That you're even considering selling players and staying in D2 is idiotic. You had the highest team strength in the US last time I looked.
Compare your facilities and arena to that of Mojo Express, Emus, or any of the top teams in D1... you're already so far behind them. Hell... I'm far behind them, and you're far behind me. You might as well get up to D1 and start competing with them while you still have the chance to be competitive.
If you sell players and wait, you may never get another opportunity in my opinion. This should not even be a question in your mind right now.

REALLY?? That seems awfully low for an arena that size. I'm now wondering how much OTR and HR level factors into the media sponsorship.
I had (I believe) 8750 seats in my arena at the end of last season... and my media deal for this season was 60% more than yours. That's kind of crazy to me because we weren't that far apart in the standings.
Sponsorship deals this season sucked too though if I remember. Despite higher HR, higher OTR, higher marketing, and a similar finish... my general sponsorship BARELY matched what I had the season prior.
Here's hoping that the sponsorship deals this season are a bit juicier. They kind of need to be... otherwise my team's infrastructure growth is going to start to get stunted.

Lol... no problem.
In my opinion, the only reason you should stay in a lower division is if you'll have trouble competing or being a playoff team in the next higher division. I don't think you'll have that problem, so I think it's advantageous for you to advance.
Not only that... but I don't know if I could beat you at this point even if you tried to lose lol. So I don't think you really even have the choice at this point lol. =)

Well I will not be upgrading all of mine!! I will get C and D started this season on upgrading to TD 2500 seats.
