I actually noticed that a couple of weeks ago. You definitely have some decent younger guys.

Last season, I started scouting around to see what sort of good young guys there were out there. Tescosamoa and I are going to to run together for the youth national team when it opens up, so I'm scouting mostly "kids" these days.

Anyways, I have scouting efficiency of 114% per day now... so I'm absolutely tearing through my scouting queue, so I don't mind scouting guys that aren't yet "making an impact."

You got some great mileage out of that 24 year old lol. I might've tried to sell him towards the end of the season (anticipating a CL drop). That's actually why I sold Stone Larkin (who did drop to 4/6 CL). But you probably wouldn't have gotten a good enough return for your guy's value because of his age.

At this point, I'd probably just keep him around as a sub to play when you run your training camps. That's what I've started doing with some of my low Q, high OR, older guys (though to be fair, my oldest player is 20).

20yo is the oldest you can get if they came from the sports academy atm.

I would share how I feel about my prospects, but Im on my phone and I dont feel I like typing a novel.

Lets just say that aside from my weakest 16yo and my older 20yo these guys arent on the same level with the rest of my team.

For the most part they look OK with all the necessary qualities 70 or better.

I wanted to sell some of my older players last season, but dropping my starters, who also have the advantage of great experience, could have put my team at risk of missing the playoffs. Perhaps I might be able to work one or two prospects in this season.

Carpenter was still among the league leaders last season and probably too old to sell for enough to justify putting him on the market, though his attributes are finally starting to fall behind.

Starting to scout already should give you a very good chance of winning once the youth team elections become available. I am willing to help with scouting, though I only have 62% scouting progress per day at the moment.

I got 74% if you want some help.

I freaking hate playing coin flips. I don't know what it is, but they have my number at least 1-2 times per season. Ugh.

And yeah... I mean we've still got a full season to go, but if tesco and I get elected, I'll definitely let you guys know if we need a hand scouting guys.

Ah, losing to the Procrastinators in a game where I had to go all out just to make it close...feels like old times.

It looks like I was lucky enough to catch the Microwave Repairmen in camp. I'm very optimistic about this season with 2 wins and +74 GD after two games. Surely this level of performance will continue against all of the other teams.

hahaha. After MR lost his first game by a huge margin, I looked to see what was up... saw that he was in camp, and then looked to see who the lucky s.o.b. was that got to play him.

I'm not gonna lie, I would've loved to have started out the season against the 2 teams you drew lol.

Why is a team noname in ii.1.

For no good reason.

I actually consulted the guide, and there's literally no reason that Salt Lake Mountaineers should have reverted into a "team noname" when they got demoted.

Per the guide:
If a team has no manager, usually it can be assigned to a new manager if it's located in the lowest league level. If the number of leagues on the lowest level is less than on the second lowest level, the teams without manager on the second lowest level may also be assigned to new managers.

If a team has played at least two seasons with the same manager, it cannot be assigned to another manager regardless of the league level. A team like this will then be replaced by Team noname during the next seasonal calculation if it is located or relegated to a league where teams can be assigned to new managers.

So basically... since the lowest level has 6 divisions (as compared to tier II's 3 divisions), there's no reason that there should be a "team no name" in division II.1.

I didn't say anything about it, because it seemed like a small thing to complain about (and I complain enough about other stuff). But yeah... it's B.S.

The guide itself considers divisions a different term than you are.

It is saying that the bottom 2 divisions (for U.S. that would be III and II) can hold noname teams. SLM demoted to a division that can hold noname teams, so it became a noname team.

I believe that was the case (the bottom two levels can have noname teams) in a different sport or perhaps in the past, but the team shouldn't be a noname team according to the current handball guide.

Dude! It says it clear as day right there!!!

I feel like you guys are pulling my leg or something...

In the guide its division I league 1, division II league 1 etc etc... NOT league I division 1, league II division 1 etc etc...

SO, when its says noname teams can only exist in the bottom 2 DIVISIONS, that includes ALL division II leagues and ALL division III leagues.

It also says at season calculation time that if a dead team is relegated to a DIVISION that allows noname teams, it will immediately become a noname team.
