Even so, you should be able to avoid the current 2nd and 3rd place teams until the finals. Even if you lose, the teams likely to face relegation look like teams that would be beatable by whoever might end up losing in the finals in this league.

The last thing I expected to see this morning was me winning game 1. I am kind of shocked!!

It seems that I am out of the playoffs. I didn't really expect to accomplish anything this season anyway. I am mostly focusing on saving for my stadium. I should very likely definitely be able to hit 14,000 seats by the end of next season. I would have liked to play more of my younger players, but that would probably have been enough to possibly cost me a top 8 seed.

I also had great luck with prospects this season. I should have 3-4 prospects with decent qualities and ~400+ OR in addition to 2 other prospects with decent qualities. In particular, Neumeyer (a goalkeeper) has an EQ of about 90 and should hit ~400 OR by the end of the season (though his 5/6 CL will probably keep him from any consideration for the youth national teams in the future).

I was rooting for you! But I've gotta say, watching that 2 vs 3 match-up is gonna be interesting! BFC and CP are the 6th and 8th best ranked teams in the U.S. And no matter what... one will still be in Division II.1 next season. Crazy.

Hopefully I can make it by the repairmen. I'd like to at least make it to the finals this season (i've finished in the top 3 all three seasons I've been in this division, and never made it through the 2nd round of the playoffs).

Hmm... I just got 11.5m off a player I was about to terminate contract instead.

Well apparently I've missed 2 weeks of scouting on the draft. whoops.

Just look at Tālrīts Dieviņš . He was apparently cut by his team as well. CRAZY...

I've found a bunch of B's (which is good I guess since I'll be picking in the later part of the first round), but not any A's so far.

I've saved all of the "best players" for last though. My HR department bumps up to level 12 tomorrow, so I figure I'd rather have the "most accurate scouting" on the guys who I might actually care about.

So we'll see if any A's come out down the stretch.

I've never really had a problem with inaccurate scouting. Right now I have 54% scouting and lvl 10 so I should be good.

All I know is that I got Ted Keenan with the 12th overall pick at the end of last season. If scouting and HR department doesn't make that big a difference, I don't see how an A player drops to 12th overall in a league as competitive as II.1.

I personally like to think that my Level 12 HR Department and 71% Scouting efficiency will provide me with some added benefit. =/ But who knows... I guess we'll just have to wait and see if I can pull off another late-round steal again this season (that is... if I can find any players worth taking lol).

At least itll be better than missing an A because you were doing camps when draft order was selected and you had a whopping 12% when you shouldve gotten first pick with a 94% youth training.

Yeah I looked at the team that guy was cut from, and it just doesn't make sense.

Yeah... I still don't know how you fell as far as you did though. It'd be one thing if you had fallen to 6th or even 9th or something. But it's weird that you had one of the best SAs at that point and you fell all the way to 14th just because your staff members were switched up.

To me, the staff should supplement the facilities (as they do in the rest of the game) when it comes to the draft. But using your team as an example, I'd almost wonder if staff + facilities are equally important in terms of setting draft order.

After seeing that there isnt too much doubt in my mind now.
