i calculate only league games as usually at the start of season it does not sell out. if it does, then i get bonus lol
so i take the NC and playoffs and friendlies to make up for the non sellout matches.

It should be $1,700,000 instead of $1,700.
It should be easy to sell out a 1,600 seat stadium. It should be possible to sell out a 4,250. I suppose it could take up to 1/3 of the season to begin to sell out for me, and I may only sell 2/3 or so of my seats. That comes out to about a loss of 3 games, maybe 3. I would still count all the extra games, but I would use 35 instead of 40 (maybe a smaller number in your case).
I guess I should also subtract 2/2 from 6/2 since I will probably play about 4 national cup games, and then subtract the earnings from one game from the total.
You will make about that much more than everyone else with the second best arenas with your arena (probably less since at least you won't be able to fill your stadium right away - start buying popular players).

1600 seats yes, i am not so sure, yet, about 6500
or yours at 2nd division. but anyways it should not take long to start selling out.
yeah and i sold two of my popular ones
should have saved one for the first weeks.
but i can buy some very cheap

... why? just log in saturday morning after the system has updated. Change your sports managers to your "youth" guys. Pull your SA pulls. Then switch back to your "training" managers.
Unless someone else has definitive proof that suggests otherwise, I'm pretty sure that youth pulls are calculated when you press the button, and players are trained based on what is set when the system runs it's nightly update.

Yeah, I mean... the way I see it, anyone building triple deckers in their arena is "focusing on the arena" just because they cost so much that you're at least sacrificing a few facility upgrades at this point.
That being said, my facilities are either average or just barely below the division 1 average (for most of them). The way I see it, if I can stay reasonably competitive, keep my facilities reasonably in line with averages of the top 2 divisions (leagues I.1, II.1, II.2, and II.3), and build my arena up at the same time, I'll be happy with the end result in a few seasons.
I don't personally think you need to sacrifice much in the way of facilities in order to earn more money from your arena (because of how quickly facilities get very, very expensive).

yeah... usually when I forecast attendance/income from tickets I only use regular season games (so 26 per season in handball), and positive playoff games (3 assuming either a low seed or 2 game series). It's definitely a more conservative estimate, but I like to be surprised with more money when I reach "day X" than less.
But even with that (only 29 home games), my forecasted income from ticket sales is going to be a huge benefit this year (and next). So I'm looking forward to that. I'm going to try to build at least 1 new triple decker every season from now on. And each season following the triple decker I'll have a new skybox.
I figure if I do that, I'll always have a monetary advantage over the vast majority of teams that haven't started arenas yet. Because few teams will be able to dump $162M on their arena in a single season (the only way they could catch up) without extremely handicapping their facility growth.

I like how ya count profit from the ticket sales, but dont mention how much it cost to maintain each triple floor stand.

Cost to maintain the stands is taken care of by the increase in media dollars or increase in ticket sales. In my own calculations, I never personally count both for comparison sake.
If it seemed as though I was counting both here, that was a mistake (and likely different thoughts in different posts). So I apologize for the confusion if I was the source of your comment.
I've actually done a pretty in-depth benefit-cost analysis of facility growth and arena growth, including how long it'll take for the arena investment to pay off itself (which is something we haven't discussed here). Sure income from the arena is nice, but until you have gained at least $81M from it, you're really just recouping the cost to build it.
By my calcs, it takes anywhere from 3-5 seasons just to recoup the costs of building the arena (all income and expenses included), but after that, it's a pure profit machine.
So sure, there's other factors... but in the long run, it comes out better in pretty much every analysis I've done.

Phones..... The energy kicks in but more importantly we will start to see the training ratio's and team strategies come into play. I have a few players who are now training all their traits. I expect another long tough year for my team.
Every time i look into league transfers, all i see is shadow babies sold a player, shadow babies bought a player.

So if it takes between 3 and 5 seasons just to recoup the money than you invested into stadium, whats the point of upgrading it right now? It's better to max out the top 4 facilities during this time and have advantage on other teams, and after you can focus on building the stadium.
I get bored and mess around with the market. I'd like to say it helps my team, but...
