when a player is in NT he goes to the market i think. but there is a player not yet good enough for NT (total 469 17y) does he go to the market automatticly?

Yes he goes to the market if he is in NT when his team dies...
Have the team already die, and you pick him to NT he not goes to the transfer !!

Why isnt the shooting attribute activate in handball ?
Is it for real my team should loss against teams with 20-30 points lesser strenght ??
They shoots more, they score more goals... and it not depends on tactics !!

I have often asked myself the same question!
Cause it's a silly question given the fact that it's asked by someone playing this game for over 5 years who still doesn't know that just because you have a better team, better tactics and more scoring chances doesn't mean you'll win every time.

20-30 strenght more in shooting should be a big factor in handball !?
I now that anyone can win everytime, but I can still ask if its activated !? Or ??

His shot is low, while he was 4th in previous season in 1.1 Ukr league.
