The idea of holding the info regarding draft position is really a bad idea. The reason is because you scout players depending on your draft position. If you are not high in the draft picking you might not have that big of a chance drafting the 6/6 universal super pick..if you know what I mean.
Right now I dont really know how to scout the players. I will just have to cross my fingers.

I agree! Just making us confused and loosing interest in drafts. Cant´s see any reason at all for keeping draft position a secret...
If I get higher YA between start of scouting and draftday, I get that benefit next draft instead...
Well dont pay attention to CL and scout whatever you want at any position you want/need...anyway Top Players can be any of them.
I think CL should not be displayed until you have actually scouted player...it would prevent people like you to complain about details.
And eventually, Draft order for each manager cannot be displayed right now just because order can change a week before...according to your facility level/league Ranking...

Is it right, that you get more picks, because drafts are 2 times in season instead of 8 times? If so, why i can scout only 2 players per day? Amount of players to scout has increase from about 35 to 80, but does it mean than I can pick only one junior? My academy is soon level 9
Well. If you want to go by the strategy "dont care about CL" you go for it. There is a reason 6/6 are more sought after. I'd rather pic a top player having CL 6/6. But maybe that's just me....or not.

I understand and agree about strategy matters...the thing is you cannot please everybody in such games...everybody has a different approach of the game.
I know you are a smart and serious gamer, like I said until Draft date managers order of pick can change depending on your facility level etc...
Is it better to have the order fixed now or a week before the Draft...it's a question of point of view and preferences.
At least we agree CL should not be displayed until real scouting has been done for each player.

Well, I just have a difficult time seeing why anyone would want to wait for their draft position. My youth academy will be upgraded just before the draft positions is revealed, so in that case I benefit. This time. I still dont like it. 
Removing CL would better the draft regardless of waiting for positions or not. That would make all players potential targets.

The second draft depends on the league position and when you reveal the draft position four weeks before the end of the draft, the playoffs didn't even start and it wouldn't make sense at all. And for consistency reasons positions for all drafts should be revealed at the same interval.
Well then. Go with the final positions during the regular season. That works for me.
No serious. Why not. The regular season right now does not mean anything and does not give you anything (except the honour of winning it). It does not give you an international cup spot, it does not give you an extra sponsor bonus (or am i wrong?). It does not promote you. It really does not exist any incentive to really, really, go for the first spot. This could be one.

Unless last picks first obviously. Then my reasoning falls flat..
The second draft is giving an advantage to the last positions in the season. With your proposal, the best team would try to get 8th, to get into the playoffs, but still have a chance to win the league and those who are fighting for relegation try to become last in the regular season then, and play a great relegation round to avoid relegation and additionally get rewarded for that behaviour with a higher chance for a good rookie.
Fighting for 1st place you fight for match winnings, which increase your OTR, which increase you sponsorship deal
Are you planing to do somtn about handball engine couse its still in beta after near 5 seasons? Match importance doesnt work, im wining against better teams on vl and loosing against weaker on vh. Home advantage doesnt work. 20 goals difference between teams with 3 Team Strength diference and all the other things that you know about but you dont have time couse you develop baseball or formula1.
