When a player has played 2 games on normal and from his previous 100 gets to 99,2 energy, how is that shown in his page? As 99 or 100 ?

I thought so too, but I wasn't that much positive.
I am 97% sure that the answer you were given is 100% correct, but that is based on 83% assumption 15% gut feeling and 2% reading comprehension.

Well, no assumptions and such by me 
At the start of the season we've played 2 league matches (1 normal, 1low) and one friendly on low importance. That's exactly 0.5 energy loss and the players that have played all 3 matches went to 99 after the 3rd match.

Hmm have a question regarding the Qualification from league 2 to league 1.
Placing 13 in PO for 1.1 means play against league 2.4
Placing 14 in PO for 1.1 means play against league 2.3
Placing 15 in PO for 1.1 means play against league 2.2
Placing 16 in PO for 1.1 means play against league 2.1
Guess its the same for every country, this means it will be harder to advance from 2.4 then 2.1 for example..
Is this ok? Why not make it random? Any mod maybe can take this higher to devs..?

Why goalie not have stats for Champions' League Cup and Winners' Cup? Also, my Goalie played 3 games in playoff, in stats i see only one?

I don't know about the others, but playoff stats only count if you are in the winners bracket
