but what about the other three teams or nations in group? now they are maybe satisfied with the situation, and if ppm team will intervene in this case, they will have disadvantage...

and what about rest teams in World Championship? why 1 group teams has advantage agaisnt others?

an idea could be: if the national team manager is not online over 2 weeks (14 days) in a row, the nation can vote for another manager...?

This is not vlady vs Switzerland. I would approach this situation the same way no matter which country it would affect. I have nothing against Switzerland.

It's not the first time a NT manager disappear during its mandate..
That happened in the past..it will happen in the future.. it's part of the game..

So it's time to do something against this deficit. A "nation" should have the possibility to step in, if the headcoach didn't login for a long time.. especially during the world cup.

Honestly guys, it's just risk management. There is always a risk that life happens and we cannot log in for a while. If you are in charge of a national team and do not name an assistant to continue in the event of something happening to you, then you're irresponsible and your country should not have voted for you in the first place.

I'm with Vlady on this. The game has tools and options to prepare for such a situation. If your manager did not prepare, it's his fault and your country will pay for it this year. Next year, don't be shortsighted and make sure your national managers name assistants.

that's a problem that can not be fixed during the WC. the situation is already here, two games were played. more teams will have a disadvantage if you change anything now. every action will make things worse. it's sad but there is no solution now so nothing should be changed by the devs

Why is the assistant position optional? If the NT manager doesn't assign an assistant manager, maybe the game should do that automatically. Possibly make the runner-up of the election the assistant?

I like that idea, we've been burned in Canada with a novice U18 manager winning the election and not assigning an assistant. He didn't log in after the first month or so and our U18 team coasted for the rest of the season.

we should find a way for the future. for now it's "ok". shit happens.

maybe we could implement an option to dismiss the national coach if he does not good enough... for example if 50 managers click on "dismiss national coach" an official voting starts in this country.
