What is the max total points for a player from academy at level 15 and top staff?

ok, so developers think that economic is balanced in ppm?

1) I guess we have some problems with player wages (too small) and top teams have lots too much money.

2) and also the fact that most top teams could have in most important facilities level 15 with 2x 200 OR staff is not what you announced us at the start of ppm.

3) also the stadium is a bad joke. now I'm at the end of the standings in 1st league and I have almost full house in every game (13k). and if you have 20k stadium, it's not needed to have special buildings because stadium is full in every game... that's a joke!

so I guess there are lot of things not beeing balanced and must be adjusted to get more balanced!

the announced changes have not even come into effect yet. We cannot make a million changes at once. I am not saying the game is perfect, but changes to economy are always very sensitive thing. We have changed player salaries a couple of times in the past and every time we did, people were unhappy that we were changing things.

hehe, this is normal that some people are unhappy with changes as you also know. but if you track number of hockey teams, then you see that a lot of managers are unhappy with ppm generally now and a lot of them were quitting ppm last few weeks. so I guess you should think about elementary changes in economic with high priority now and maybe you should announce some changes as early as possible so the managers could be ready for changes if they are launched. as you see in my thought above there are some really important things waiting for improvement! for sure you should and could not change all topics at once, but we managers should get the feeling that you are willing to improve it!

1. maybe 0.1% of the ppm teams will afford bigger salaries. I have a "normal" team and barely make it season to season and the players wages are getting higher and higher.
2. It is season 11 and I have only ONE 15 facility. it is true that I have 4x200 OR staff, but I do belive that here are also maybe 0.1% of the teams that can afford most of the facilities at 15 and 2x200 on each of them.
3. my stadium is small, i did played in the int cups, been in the first league for 6 seasons now, usually on the top 10 OTR in my country but still don't have a full house every game. maybe U are a very lucky manager to have your 13 or 20k stadium full in every game, but I'm not.
now, significant changes in finances will have a bigger effect on a team like mine that on a team like yours. many of us are skating on thin ice here and we can go bankrupt at any time. I agree that 4 PPM is better to have one "old" manager upset then 15 new comers, but...

ok, some words to your situation: It seems you have not the best facilities for the fact that you are a national top team of romania. may I ask how much your weekly profit is? let me tell: it's much more than 10 Mio.! so you gain more money every week than a completely new manager. so with your much better facilities you could increase the gap between your team and a newbie! but a well balanced game does it in the other way: there it's possible to decrease the gap to the top teams from the sight of a newbie. and this makes ppm very boring for most of the newbies (I know from experience, all my friends I brought to ppm quit playing after some months).

With my thoughts I just want to show where I see the problems of ppm (we lose lots of managers since some weeks). it's useless to make big marketing campaign as long as this problems are not solved because most new managers will quit after some weeks of testing.

and if you tell that only 0.1% could have most facilites (I mean training, regen, economy and youth) level 15 facilities I guess this is too much because these are 30 teams!! but I say that there are much more than 0.1% having the possibility now! as I said, I make 30 Mio.+ profit per week now. no newbie has the chance to make so much profit!! so how should he catch up this difference to me? ok, my profit will decrease with training my young players...

your stadium: exactly your stadium shows that whole calculations with crowds are bad. if you yould have a stadium with 20k, then you will have fulls house, should I bet?
