For the record, I didn't really believe him.
It is true that the results are calculated, then the actual plays are made afterwards. The game we "Watch Live" is already pre-determined.

Just to add: I play this game for fun....I imagine that Offensive will make a difference in the game (for a defenseman), same as I imagine that a bunch of numbers represents a hockey player that I can "manage".....I may not win as many games as if I figured out the engine, but I will be suspending my dis-belief and pretending to manage a hockey team - ie: enjoying myself.....
