They should have shifted the Salary curve too if they shifted the probability curve, that was their big arguement about salaries for staff because of influence.
I was talking about the starting OR and the AQ guys come with not staff.

I do not want anymore haters than i already have but i just pulled 2 futur superstar dmen 
I wonder if they lack the letter "e" at the end of their last names...
I pulled one at 289 and 3* center. AQ was 55 unscouted. Fired him before he got his first pay-day. I generally pull anything 3* or above... but only 4*s don't get the axe. Needless to say I haven't kept many pulls... I have turned to "purchasing my Qs" and building my OR.
I finally got a good one, maybe my best ever. 98-99-98-74 Centre
