That depends on how your staff is trained. There are a few facilities that can benefit from specialized staff members depending on what portion of the season you are in.

Extra staff do not help your performance. You have to pay their salary, but they can be trained in their respective fields.

So the extras can be sold or trained as replacements for existing staff (if the lower trained staff have higher Q they eventually can replace your current staff, and then the old guy can be sold. The young guys can be trained and sold, but the staff market seems to be getting softer, so you may spend as much in salary as you get on the market.

If you do train extra staff, you will want to build up your education facility.

OBVIOUSLY I HAVE READ THAT.... JUST WONDERING FROM AN "EXPERIENCED" POINT OF VIEW.

We all like helping people out, don't get me wrong, but "yelling" in caps at people and demanding answers won't get you far. The order of what affects attendance is all we know, and we are all still trying to figure it out.

Sup guys, is scheduling the most friendly games possible worth it from level energy perspective(even on low importance)?

Friendlies are good for keeping players at 100 chemistry, plus you can make a little money. As far as energy goes, its essentially a non-factor. If you schedule every available day and play on low.... it's about 1 point of energy lost for the entire season.

Anyone know when our players' popularity increase goes into effect?

popularity goes up and down after every game - seems to be the same script which updates energy so if your guys look like 74/89 energy you know the pop has been updated too.

the end-of-season popularity bump for player stats went out last night - had a few guys go up.

I can ad that I have made 5,453,000 on friendlies this season (out of 25 million).

That sucks. None of my guys got a boost at all. My post popular guys is still "popular".

if you have a player with allmost equal OFF/DEF and you set him as, say a D-man, is it better to put him on a scoring line or a defensive one? or does it really not matter

also should you have 2 goalies, or 2 goailies and a spare, for the rare occassion they might both be hurt?

It would depend on their secondary attributes. A defender is ONLY a defender IMO if they have Pass and Aggression attributes worthy of them being a defender.

So, assuming your Defenseman has Pass and Agg secondaries, then i would play him on a scoring line.
