My Training is at L9 right now (L10 currently being built) and my regen is 1 beind at L8, with L9 currently being built.

I've been in Netherlands 1.1 from the beginning. Allways playoff and allways lost quarterfinale of the cup. I was champ last season and play the finals this season again. OTR I'm #4 in Netherlands. This season sponsors bring 116 million. I'll share the new contract when the offers are coming.

132 million here, always div 1.1 in Belgium, haven't lost a playoff match untill now, so both regular and playoff champs all the time, this year reached finals in cup (5th round 1st season)

I have a question if anyone can help. This is my first season and I've reached the playoff finals in III.7. However, the cup finals have not been scheduled yet on my calender. I'm looking to run a training camp after the finals and prior to the start of season 4.

My question is what day does the playoff finals begin and what day, in the event I lose my series, would the promotion/relegation game be played for the 2nd place position?

Ugh nevermind. As soon as I post that it's scheduled on my calender. I'd still like to know when the relegation/promotion game is played for the loser of the playoff finals though.

I am pretty much same as reverist only thing I started mid-season...so, i am a bit behind. What do people think is more important training or SA?

just my opinion, but training. SA is a lottery, training is guaranteed to improve your team every day.

That's not to say SA isn't important, it is, but given the choice to improve one or the other, I'd pick training every time.

Yeah my plan for this season is..
SA from 6 to 7
TF from 5 to 7 or 8 depending on money and time.
Regen from 5 to 6 or 7.
See I don't know what to think because you need good players from SA to get great results in training too.

This is my philosophy (borrowed from shad666).

There are three keys to building a team- Knowing what your players can do, training your players, and producing good players from your academy. The philosophy that I stole from shad is that it is most important to know what your players can do (building HR for scouting) then training them correctly (Training/regen). That way when you draw your huge superstar from the academy, you can quickly scout him and train him properly (or ship him out cause he's a bum).

Like I said this is only one philosophy, but its the one i decided fit my vision for how to build my team.

There's one very important consideration missing from those 3 keys, and that is the purchase of players. From what I've seen even with a solid SA you still need to add a few players from the market to round out the team for optimum results. You can wait until they all come via SA but that is an exercise in patience and also may never lead to what you might personally consider an ideal lineup.

That's because I was talking about building a team not buying a team, and so only covered the infrastructure.

But if I was going to include it, it would still go down with the academy as the 3rd priority on my list since its part of the acquiring players aspect.

But with one of your keys being quick scouting, with that comes more accurate guesses on market players. I've built my HR up first and foremost and would now wager my scouts guesses well enough to feel comfortable playing the market. I've brought in a few busts, and a few steals, but all for under 500k, and for under 100k when possible

I'm not so in to the market, somebody who is, please tell me if it's smart to sell before new season?
