sorry, i see where you said it was interesting, but I didn't address your other issues.

So your NT manager tells you to play on low, and you lose. You can

A) not use that player and play on higher intensity
B) use the player as you see fit
C) Not worry about your player being on the NT if you feel your teams goals are more important.

The point of national teams is trying to bring a community together. If the community can't work together, the devs shouldn't code in a fix to make it all pretty and happy.

Yes, I understand it could work well in Slovakia, Germany, but when there is a small community and just couple of teams who have the most NT players, believe me every player counts.

Like the USA - all of our top second liners are still stars on the teams they play on, we don't really have any other ponies in the stable that carry much energy.

Right. And what is the motivation here? Get more people from your country to join PPM, giving you more teams, and thus more players to fuel your national team.

Special energy talk is not something new I try to suggest here. PPM had already thoughts about it.
I'm just asking them to speed up those thoughts.

As for your ABC:
A) if I ditch that player or more often - players, I would not have the upper hand in that match, so I'm toasted anyway.
B) I can use high energy but then NT manager can point out at me in public that I have bad intentions about NT or him as NT coach
C) is the same as B

There are communities that had misunderstandings in the beginning and couldn't get over it, instead problems just pile up. Whenever election start in our country for an example, or world cup take it's place, usually we have that nasty feeling in our stomach instead of beeing happy for competing.

That is the only recourse, and it will help the Developers attend more hockey tournaments and blog about it as well.

I think that the more that play the more that we'll have money to fuel faster and more efficient changes etc. It will only get better - the new game layouts are very nice this season. Everything has changed in leaps and bounds from season to season - the OTR problem is truly a problem but they're addressing making the game as a whole for most users better not the top few percent vying to knock off the even smaller tip top percentage.

We are pulling everything as much as we can - so you get in situation where large number of new manager gives only prospects which should be (and are) sold to the big ones, in order to have NT future. So nothing is solved by that.

Then what is more important to you? How your team succeeds, what your NT manager thinks of you, or how your NT performs?

If you care more about your team than the NT stuff, than ask them to remove your players and don't worry about it.

If you are more concerned with the public perception the NT manager sets or the NT success, then follow the rules set out by the manager.

This isn't a game about being happy happy all the time, or we'd all finish 1st place in our leagues and win every game. If your country managers can't agree, they shouldn't code the game to make you guys feel better.

Everything is important. But I guess it's mainly problem in people's heads.
I have no solution.

it is a tricky subject, one like Opivy pointed out we are also affected by in the US. But solving it with magical energy for the NT is not the best in my opinion.

Maybe in the future the NTs can add facilities, and staff that can work with certain issues such as training bonuses, energy loss, etc. Kind of like how the USA has faclities based in Colorado Springs, and has facilities there. Maybe certain staff can be selected for roles from the teams, etc. Who knows?

Well we don't know also what PPM had in mind, would their energy be reset, or small communities would have a bit more energy...

That would actually be pretty sick, make the NT like the club teams. Fill the staff with the best staff in the country. Maybe make it so that the regen facility give players a slight boost for when they go to WC.

Yep, or maybe make it so each NT hires "consultants" that can do such things like facilities on the individual team level.

Point being, the managers of the country have to make decisions to improve their team not just magic energy

sorry to take a detour on this topic, but what're the white boxes for on the calendar? i want to schedule friendlies, and they say they're reserved for league games. am i in a tournament i don't know about?
