Looks like importance has an more important role. Hardly beat a much weaker team today with them very high to me very low

as was announced in the news, the influence of importance has risen indirectly through other changes that we made. I think this will make people think twice about playing very low which is a good thing.

I know. Just saying as I almost lost to a MUCH weaker team who played very high to my very low.

Time to do some thinking about my strategy

Haha ya Noname is quite different. By weaker I was talking 91v51 OTS not 44v8 OTS

It would be very nice from PPM to introduce this season special energy for NT players, because players will go to World Cup more and more tired than before.
And it would be pretty much interesting to see those clashes, if there aren't managers who deliberately push their NT players to the max.
It's not unusual for NT manager to get into public dispute with such managers, and it's damaging comunity spirit and joy of playing with NT or your team.
Please do something about it this season.

It's part of the game I think. I wouldn't change anything. You then have to think strategy. There are lots of good players out there. When you look at energy maybe the best OR players are the best players come seasons end? Energy is more and more important. It's a solid strategy variable that needs to be planned. I think that's how Canada did so well this past season. We took high energy guys. Worked until it mattered most

still it should not have been THAT onsided.

Listen Nucks, NT manager is then obligated to remind constanly people not to play high, and it's going on nerves when you are told to play low. It's cheating in a way - they are influencing games, sometimes loser feels angry (I had that cases), and it's not nice.
What if there is no harmony in community and there are 2 sides ? One side will always try to revenge to current NT manager from that other side.
I said I understand it could be pretty interesting, but only if everything is ok in one community.

The NT manager has a choice if he wants to play the players if the manager uses the energy. Or the teams in the country can choose to save energy for their player for the good of the country.

Some countries have more players to choose from, so it's easy to say "if you don't have X energy your player is off the team" for others, they use the best they have.

makes it an interesting balance of what's best for your team, versus what's best for your country. Makes for an interesting dynamic, even though it's one that hurts my country (having a smaller playerbase)
