Тема: Experience/Chemistry Bonus

I've heard that there is generally a 20% stats bonus for every 100 experience a player earns, as well as for having a 100% chemistry rating. Is there data on this? Just general consensus?

lot of guys know more than me but ill try . I know there are bonuses but I'm not sure of the amount but its substantial, experience seems to really matter at the goaltending spot and in the playoffs. you can really see the difference in the + - stats where two players have about the same skills one young one old alternate them on the same line the older guy winds up being a plus player while youngster finishes as - at the end of the season. the younger guys seem to make mistakes that lead to goals.
