Hi guys, [17967628] just got promoted from my junior squad.... Possible CA or GK prospect??
I won't be able to suggest positions till I've got the scouting report on him but at first glance he appears very promising. His OR of 413 is the 5th best of any 15yo I've seen to date. His AQ looks to be very high and his CL is perfect. Upgrading your training and regeneration facilities would improve his chances.
FYI, The top 15yos I've scouted to date are Luke Whittle (OR471/AQ81) from Knights and Christopher Balson (OR471/AQ75) from Trueblue. Both are midfielders, probably centre mid.

From my perspective I need a good backup keeper to jump in when I get rid of Jarāns. At the moment its probably the position on the bench where im really lacking depth. Ill have him scouted tomorrow as well so will know more then.
His qualities are excellent for either.
From a national team point of view, a good keeper would be fantastic. Currently, I have no 15yo keepers scouted but I do have seven forwards. That said, he's the leading centre forward candidate as well.
Good luck with him either way.

Ill go with the keeper option I think, would be extremely helpful for me. Considering you already have 7 options at front it would be nice to add depth to the goalie roster.
Pulled a couple of high OR players today including Jerry Virgo 430 OR forward.
Not sure if I'll keep him yet, any idea what he might sell for?

While his offence quality is excellent, his shooting quality lets him down and that may affect his price.
Two weeks in a row a CF with >400 OR, Jerry above is on the market but I might hang on to this one for a while and see - Clayton Reilly
The U17s recorded their first win in a meaningful game this evening. USA had a stronger team but chose to play on very low intensity allowing the Aussies to stay in the game until an 85th minute strike from Beta's youngster Michael Davison broke the deadlock. Go him!
Technically, we have climbed off the bottom of the table although we will be waiting anxiously to see if Venezuela beat Kazakhstan later this evening and confirm our new position. Go us!

Like my U20 counterpart, I am planning to step down from the U17 NT manager roll at the end of this season.
Unlike BF, I was unable to take our team to the World Cup and I think someone else should have a crack and see what they can do.
It isn't an easy job. You're at the coalface of NT managerial duties and have to do a huge of scouting to identify future talents. I will happily share my spreadsheet with whoever gets the job to get them started.
At the moment, there are a couple of half-decent candidates vying for the job. Matt from Tassie Tigers is enthusiastic but a bit inexperienced. I made him assistant manager for the U17 team to give him a bit of an insight into how it works so if he's elected he can hit the ground running. However, I'm not endorsing him unreservedly.
There is also a foreign candidate, intermichalovce. He is more experienced and may well be able to get better results out of the team. However, I offered him a chance to be assistant as well and he didn't respond so I have a question mark on his enthusiasm.
There is still time for other candidates to come forward

I suggest TB
1. he has scouted many talented Ausie players
2. He has awesome facilities
3. He has very good results with his club
4. He's near to all NTs
5. He has big experience.
6. He's playing with PRO so it'll be easier to plan next games.
One more thing - the best is working together so You can stay as his assistant to help him or suggest someone other.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Sadly, i've got a lot going on in my life right now, with a sick wife and heavy workload that taking on the responsibility would be a major error on my part
I'd be keen to do a co-captain thing but PPM don't really allow that

The best is working together with NT so I suggest You with someone as your assistant.
Main coach have to do nominations to the team so he has to have good Eco for fast observation. Assistant can't do this.
The rest like friendlies or choosing stadium You can do once by season.
You can ask someone for finding good 15y players every friday and scout them yourself.
Your assistant can do the rest like line-ups and tactics.
You can do it
