There's two school of thoughts when it comes to developing a team. There's the slow and steady way that uses facilities, homegrown players and stadium investment.

Or there's the faster way for new teams which is use a lot of your money to buy players, win games, build more OTR and build a winning team.

The tricky part is the transition. You can only go so far with purchased players. But since it's so fun to win, many will stay in that pattern too long until they can't keep up with the slow and steady teams anymore.

I think you took the best short term strategy and your team is doing very well this season. You'll make the playoffs for sure.

I agree, that's why I build me facilities as soon as I can so I can keep up with what happens next. I mix a couple of things together. I'll adjust to what I need to do eventually.

Thanks. the beginning of my season I had a really easy schedule but now its getting alot tougher. I am hoping to just get a decent sponsor deal for next season so I can start a rebuild with prospects. for the past 3 seasons my sponsor and tv deal has combined to be just over 5million and I need way more than that.

Yeah, I can see why you need more cash. Your OTR is really what's holding you back I guess. Your facilities are good, you're building seats, etc. You're well on your way though with many more wins this season than your previous seasons.
