I said D players not C players, they all were professional players (D's are not). Which recreational player became superstar ... none. And most from the list were good for a season or two.
recreational player is only a prediction of the scout, not the current status of the player.
Prediction ?!? So the draft is based on pure luck of a useless scout. Great both SA and draft are based on damn luck. Maybe I will demolish my SA since I don't believe in luck.
it's not luck at all. it depends on how good your facilities and staff members are.
So if I had all on max, would I still see those hidden talents ?
Hidden gems? No. But with lvl 15 HR and 2x 200 OR managers you'd see perfect scouting values.
What is the point of that? You must be lucky to get that "hidden gem" which is really valuable. I am already annoyed with SA players i get. I can't even draw a 3.5 star player.
the point is to make the later rounds interesting. Just to put things straight a hidden gem is equivalent to an A or A+ player. Doesn't mean he is better than those that show A or A+.
How do you mean later rounds? Because in our league there were only 4 A players. In first draft people didnt know what to expect from those gems but next draft all those gems will be picked in first round. Especially couse B players were prety bad.
On the last draw there was only 1 A player in our league. I got him, scouted and the result:

How? No one can know what players are gems until they are picked... 
Am noo, on footbal draft all gems had a diamond near his name...as soon as draft started. Besides who would pick a D player ?
How long does a manager have before his team is deleted for being inactive? We got a team in our league that has not logged in since 12/07/2014.
