Training goes with age not just C/L. And, like SpikeStranger said, there are sub levels which we can't see.

Now we have 3 useless drafts again in the end of season und less drafted 15y old players at the beginning of season

3 useless drafts? There are 2 drafts. 4x the player pool. Thus, everyone will have a crack at a good player in round 1.

Less 15yo players at the start? There will be 7 weeks of SA pulls then a draft then 7 weeks of pulls then a draft. The last draft has the players arrive week 1 of the next season. So, actually, IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT, you're getting the same number of players as if there were no draft but you'll get:
a) better players
b) players earlier in the year

So, in actuality all your points are wrong. Since, after all, you'll get MORE 15yo players at the beginning of the season.

I liked the idea of a big draft at the end of the season, when we didn't have pull on the last 4 weeks

That won't happen. People (albeit a select few that were very loud) insist they want to have a button to click to view players from the SA every week.

I spent far too much time explaining this to people and even wrote an article why waiting 4 weeks and having a bigger draft pool would be better. But, $1/day is preferential to some people over $10 every 5 days.

In Russia most active managers on forums have the same opinion as me.
Pull from academy on week 5, 6, 7 are much more important then on 13, 14, 15 weeks.
But now it,s impossible to get good player if you are at hte top of the league(

But, you know what, if you're at the top of the league, promote! If you're at the top of I.1... I don't feel bad for you .

Even so, there will likely be enough A or A+ players in the two-draft drafts for everyone active to get a good player... even if they pick in the bottom few.

But there could be 2 times more A and A+ then in the usual draft. So more mamagers could get good players...

2 times? 4 times!!!!

Take my hockey draft for example. There are typically 4-5 A or A+ players. That means there'll be typically 16-20 which is the whole first round!

Whats the situation now with the new changes? How many A players per draft in foothball?

I think 3-4 A-A+ per league + hidden star

Thats the ratio with 8 drafts per season
